Severance

Severance opens this weekend.

It's written by James Moran. Yes, that James.

You should go to see it.

Tell your friends.

And generally spread the word.

It's a great show.

The perfect night out with your mates.

Or by yourself.

Or with your girlie.

Boyfriend.

Dog.

Whatever.

Just see it, and make the world a better place.

off topic Danny, I see today on screendaily.com there's mention of a 'new competition launched for UK screenwriters' mentioned. Do you have any info?

I actually did reccommend this movie last wknd. Two guys on a train saw me reading a script & asked me "Man, are you like, a scriptwriter?" I said yes. They then said, "Can you reccommend any good movies?" and I said, "Funnily enough, yes!" And told them to go and see SEVERANCE. An expensive gift wouldn't go amiss, James ; )

Don't know about that new UK writing comp. It could be the one Debs pointed out. Once I know more, I'll post. Cheers.

James M had terrific turn out at charity premiere of Severence on Thurs. Laughed, hid behind my hands and nicked his best lines in equal measure.

Bit morally queasy about the copies of "Bizarre" mag on every Odeon seat. Crafty of Felix Dennis to to inflate its circulation figures with a 'bulk' dump like this. But little too leftfield for 6.30 in the day.

Torn between expressions of righteous outrage, and trying to sneak a copy onto the doctor's waiting room coffee table. Certainly make a change from 2004 copies of "Hello".
